ich gehöre wahrscheinlich auch zu den Betroffenen und habe ein SE. Bei mir hat alles damit angefangen, das die Haut stark gespannt hat.. Darauf folgten große Schuppungen, die auf der Haut klebten und nach dem Waschen sichtbar waren. Dann Brennen, Juckreiz, fettige Talgschuppen, Haar- und Augenbrauenausfall.

Ich dachte bisher, die Haut spannt, weil sie trocken ist und das diese ganzen Probleme dadurch entstanden sind, weil der Haut Feuchtigkeit fehlt. Nun frage ich mich aber, ob die Haut wegen des SE an sich spannen kann?

Kann das sein? Kann eine Haut nur wegen dem SE spannen oder muss ihr Feuchtigkeit fehlen??

Wie sieht das bei euch aus?

ich habe das SE zwar "nur" am Kopf, aber nach dem Haarewaschen spannt die Kopfhaut leider auch. Ich vermute, dass die Kopfhaut viel zu trocken ist und deshalb spannt. Habe gestern mal ein neues Shampoo ausprobiert und zwar das Rosmarin-Shampoo von Weleda. Soll auch super für die Kopfhaut sein. Nach der Haarwäsche hat es nicht so sehr wie sonst gespannt. Ich mache mal weiter damit

Frage: Hast du es schon mal mit ölhaltigen Hautcremes und Duschen versucht? Bei trockener Haut wirken ölhaltige Produkte oft Wunder. Habe z.B. das Granatapfel Körperöl von Weleda im Wechsel mit der UREA Bodylotion von BALEA und zum Duschen nehme ich z.Zt. Sensual & Oil von FA. Ergebnis: Die Haut kommt mir nicht mehr so trocken vor

Öle sind eine gute Alternative, ich nehme aber sehr gerne Aloe, gibt Bio Produkte bei Rossmann, damit hab ich sehr gute Erfahrungen.

Öle können wirklich gut helfen. Ich möchte jedoch keines empfehlen! Du musst selber einmal testen, welches für dich in Frage kommt und dir entsprechend helfen kann.

I relate to the tight skin issue. My feet's skin turned hard, blackish, and itchy. Applied oil, waiting for changes. Let's see how it goes.
